Thank you for shopping with SheSpeaks Wisdom!

All SheSpeaks Wisdom orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via email. You will receive an additional email when your order has shipped. 

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to all orders within the United States and free shipping for all orders $50 or more! We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada and Mexico [Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.] SheSpeaks Wisdom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. 

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of SheSpeaks Wisdom’s control.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will notify you of any anticipated delays. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dontisha@shespeakswisdom.com with your name and order number. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and is in the original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours at dontisha@shespeakswisdom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
